PEACE POSTER COMPETITION

“Every breath we take, every step we take, can be filled with peace, joy and serenity.” LEO-LION SERVING TOGETHER Leo Club of Golden Jubilee Girl's _in association_ with Lions Club of Tinsukia  organised a Peace Poster Contest today at Budding Buds Sr. Sec. School, which we have been organising for years now. Crazy talented students from all over the town participated in this and added stars to the projects. At the end of the contest, we provided them with chocolate and a pen as a little token of love. We were really awestruck looking at the entries. The topic for the same was HARMONY IN HUMANITY It was indeed a great experience to conduct the project with our parent club. They have always been and will be an inspiration for us. BLOOD DONATION CAMP

Leo Club of Golden Jubilee Girls, in association with Lions Club of Tinsukia, Swastik Nursing Home and Tinsukia Medical College, organised a blood donation camp in loving memory of Zubeen Da, the legendary singer of Assam. On his death anniversary, we chose to honour his legacy of love, service and compassion by giving back to society and helping those in need. Juice and snacks were provided to all the donors, while the Lions members and media personnel were felicitated as a token of appreciation for their support. Eco Friendly Ganesha making workshop

Leo Club of Dimapur organised an Eco-Friendly Ganesha Making Workshop at Chitrakala School of Fine Arts on 14th September 2026. 9 students participated and created their own eco-friendly Ganesha idols while learning about the importance of choosing nature-friendly alternatives to POP idols. Leo members also joined the activity, making it a joyful and meaningful celebration. Each participant received a certificate and token of appreciation. Janmashtmi Mahotsav

Leo Club of Dimapur, in association with our Parent Club, successfully organised Janmashtami Mahotsav, our permanent mega project, on 5th September 2026. The evening began with lamp lighting and a beautiful Ganesh Vandana by Passion Dance Academy, followed by the felicitation of Chief Guest DG Lion Neena Dutta Ma’am and our esteemed judges — DP Leo Lion Sakshi Agrawal, Mrs. Rosy Mallick and Mrs. Ilivili Kibami. We also inducted a new Leo member, Leo Sakshi Jaiswal. The highlight of the evening was the Fancy Dress Competition, held in two categories (0–6 years and 7–12 years), with 100+ enthusiastic participants. Special dance performances by Castle Dance Academy and Passion Dance Institute added to the festive spirit. All participants received certificates and tokens of appreciation, while winners were honoured with special prizes. The evening concluded with an energetic Matki Phod, where four teams competed with great enthusiasm. Team TIGER UCC emerged victorious and won a cash prize of ₹12,000. The project beautifully reflected the themes IPDP – “अनंत ♾️” by Leo Lion Mudit Chandak and PDP – “Ek Sang – Ek Sunhera Safar” by Leo Lion Vishal Patni. We, members of Leo Club of Golden Jubilee Girl's were priviledged to meet SIR RIDIP HAZARIKA a national level under 19 hockey player, now at his 60s, he coaches around 60 boys and girls, and has built so many national level players. On the occasion of National Sports Day, members of our club, donated hockey stick and jersey as per Sir's requirements. We also acknowledged so many young hockey players of Tinsukia, who has got the chance to play for Assam. We were glad to know about his struggling yet successful stories and wonderful experiences regarding the same. Inter- District Twinning Project

Leo Club of Dimapur successfully conducted an Inter-District Twinning Project with Leo Club of Diphu Aspire and Leo Club of Guwahati South, Leo District 322G, on 29th August 2026 to celebrate National Sports Day. The day included a traditional muffler exchange, felicitation of the three Club Presidents with International Pins by DCLC Lion Deepak Lath, and the induction of a new Leo member. The clubs then visited a children’s home, where we donated indoor and outdoor games and refreshments and spent joyful time playing with the children. The day concluded with a fellowship lunch, strengthening friendship and Leoism beyond district boundaries. A wonderful celebration of service, sports and fellowship! RAKSHA BANDHAN

Namaste Leos, This Pre-Raksha Bandhan Celebration , we continued a beautiful legacy that we have been carrying forward for the past 8 years. As a part of our annual project, we celebrated Raksha Bandhan with 150 children at Gyanankush Orphanage, where we tied rakhis, distributed sweets and snacks, and shared lots of love and happiness. One of the sweetest moments was when the children saw us and excitedly said, Look,the Leo didis are here!” That little acknowledgment made us realize how special this bond has become over the years. It was truly heartwarming to celebrate a festival of love and togetherness beyond blood relations. We are grateful to continue this beautiful legacy every year and hope to keep spreading love, happiness and smiles for many more years to come. Because some bonds are beyond blood. Namastey Leos, Wishing you all a very happy Independence Day. As India completes 80 years of Independence today, Leo Club Of Golden Jubilee Girl’s along with our parent club Lions Club Of Tinsukia did a celebration to mark this patriotic day. We all gathered at Lions Seva Kendra and the flag was hoisted. It was then followed by breakfast, games and activities. All the lion and leo members enjoyed it to the fullest. We also celebrated the birthday of two Lion members, making the day even more special and memorable for them. We celebrated it with great pomp. Following the celebration, we conducted a meeting on the topic of solar energy and its importance. The discussion highlighted the benefits and potential of solar energy, and its role in promoting sustainability and reducing our carbon footprint. Coming together and celebrating camaraderie has been a great feeling and it goes well with our PDP theme ‘Unite & Lead’ by Mr. Ashish Jain (1999-2000). Jai Hind! INDEPENDENCE DAY

Hello Everyone, Today, Leo Club of Golden Jubilee Girl's, along with our Parent Club, Lions Club of Tinsukia, celebrated Independence Day with great pride and enthusiasm. After the flag hoisting ceremony, we all headed to Civil Hospital, Tinsukia, where we distributed food packets consisting of apples, biscuits and bananas to the patients. A total of 450 packets were distributed. We were honoured to be graced by the presence of the District Commissioner (DC) of Tinsukia, whose presence made the occasion even more special. The food was also inspected by the concerned Food Safety Authority before distribution, ensuring proper safety and quality. We were also graced by the presence of media persons. The entire experience was truly surreal and heartwarming. Through this initiative, we proudly fulfilled the PDP Theme: “Serve With Love and Affection” by Lion K.K. Jhunjhunwala. “AI is here to empower the next generation and shape the future.” On International Youth Day, Leo Club of Dimapur organised an AI Awareness & Interactive Session at S.D. Jain Higher Secondary School with Er. Rishav Sethi. Students explored AI fundamentals, applications, opportunities, and responsible use. 1st Council Meet- Visionari

Hosted the 1st Council Meet – “Visioनारी”, a day filled with celebration, fellowship, meaningful discussions and countless learnings! 💫 The day began with the Installation Ceremony of the Council Team of Leo District 322D, marking the beginning of a new journey of leadership and service. This was followed by the Installation Ceremony of the Kaziranga Horizon Council Team, setting the perfect tone for a year filled with new visions, new responsibilities and new possibilities. 🌟 The ceremonies were graced by our esteemed Chief Guests, DG- Lion Dr. Neena Dutta and VDG- Lion Shankar Rawat, whose presence and words of wisdom added immense value to the occasion. The installation ceremonies were beautifully conducted by our Installation Officer, Lion Akash Bhura. And then came the much-awaited Council Meet – “Visioनारी”! ❤️ From engaging discussions and insightful sessions to laughter, fun and fellowship, the entire day was a beautiful blend of earning, leadership and togetherness. It was more than just a council meet—it was a day where ideas were shared, bonds were strengthened, and memories were created that we will cherish for a long time. ✨

RAHAAT 2.0 PHASE II

Project Rahat 2.0 – Phase II We are delighted to share the successful completion of Project Rahat 2.0 – Phase II , a humanitarian initiative undertaken by LEO CLUB OF GOLDEN JUBILEE GIRLS to support flood-affected families. From Friday until Tuesday midnight, our dedicated members worked tirelessly to prepare 350 relief kits from scratch, ensuring that each kit was packed with care, compassion, and commitment. On Wednesday, 5th August, the second phase of the relief distribution drive was successfully carried out. Each relief kit contained essential food items, hygiene supplies, sanitation materials, and basic necessities, including: - Rice - ⁠ Chana - ⁠Chirwa (Flattened Rice) - ⁠Muri (Puffed Rice) - ⁠Soya Chunks - ⁠Tea Leaves - ⁠Salt - ⁠2 Packets of Biscuits - ⁠Mustard Oil - ⁠Milk (Tetra Pack) - ⁠Drinking Water Bottle - ⁠Bath Soap - ⁠Stayfree Sanitary Pads - ⁠ORS - ⁠Medicines (Bandages, Antifungal Cream & Dettol) - ⁠Bleaching Powder - ⁠Phenyl - ⁠Agarbatti - ⁠Matchbox - ⁠Candle In addition to the relief kits, donated clothes were also distributed among the beneficiaries. The team successfully reached and served families across the following villages: - Betbari - ⁠Borpatra Gaon - ⁠Nimaijan - ⁠Panbesa - ⁠Panichuk - ⁠Santok - ⁠Bihubar - ⁠Nepalikhuti - ⁠Kalugaon A special appreciation goes to Leo Abhishek, Leo Giriraj, and Leo Sharansh, who departed from Jorhat at 7:00 AM and returned at around 8:00 PM, covering all the villages and ensuring that the relief reached those who needed it the most. While the second phase has been successfully completed, the need continues. We are still receiving a large number of requests for relief from affected families. Due to vehicle overloading constraints during the distribution, 20 relief kits are currently pending. We shall coordinate with the District Administration to facilitate the distribution of these remaining kits and ensure they reach the beneficiaries at the earliest. This project would not have been possible without the unwavering dedication of every member of the Leo Club of Jorhat City Stars, our collaborating Leo and Lions Clubs, volunteers, donors, and everyone who came forward to support this noble cause.

🤝 Project RAHAT 2.0 | Twinning in Service 💙 As part of our twinning initiative with Leo Club of Jorhat City Stars, Leo Club of Dimapur is proud to support Project RAHAT 2.0, a flood relief drive reaching families in Khanamukh (42 km from Jorhat). During Phase 1, the team is distributing relief materials including Khichdi (1000+ beneficiaries), sanitary pads, biscuits, and usable clothes to those affected by the floods. This collaborative effort reflects the true spirit of twinning—clubs coming together beyond boundaries to serve communities in need. Golden Jubilee Girls along with Leo Club of Jorhat City Stars conducted project on Raahat 2.0 were people affected from flood mainly in sibsagar region were supported. Together, we have shown that when Leos unite with a shared purpose, we can bring hope and relief to those who need it most. The Leo Club of Jorhat Heritage actively participated in Ponorutthaan, a district flood relief initiative of Leo District 322D, on 26th July. In collaboration with the district, our members visited the flood-affected areas of Sivasagar and distributed essential grocery items to families severely impacted by the floods. Through this humanitarian initiative, the club extended timely support and relief to approximately 100 families, reflecting the true spirit of service, compassion, and community service. PUNOR UTTHAAN

Our Club along with the district initiated the project on Flood releif phase 1 Because of each one of you, we were able to reach and support *100 flood-affected families*. It was a long and tiring day, but the smiles on their faces made every effort worth it. Everyone showed up, gave their time, energy, and heart and together we made *Phase 1 of Punor Utthaan a success.* From planning and coordination to being on the ground and ensuring everything went smoothly, every contribution mattered. TOTAL OF 400 BENEFICIARIES WERE SERVED. Twinned with LEO DISTRICT 322D.

WATER FILTER INSTALLATION

we Leo Club of Golden Jubilee Girls successfully installed a water purifier at Hindustani Vidyalaya, Tinsukia. The school is a government institution that provides free education but lacked a safe drinking water facility for its students. With this initiative, _we aim to ensure that students have access to clean and safe drinking water_ when they return after the summer break. On the auspicious occasion of *Guru Purnima*, *Leo Club of Golden Jubilee Girl's* expressed *heartfelt gratitude to our esteemed Past District Presidents* by presenting them with a heartfelt letter and a planter as a token of love and appreciation. *Our mentors have guided and inspired us throughout our Leoistic journey*. Even after completing their tenure as District Presidents, they continue to support us, always making themselves available with their guidance, encouragement, and mentorship whenever we need it. INSTALLATION CEREMONY

As we bid farewell to a memorable Leoistic Year 2025–2026 and welcome a new chapter of service, the Leo Club of Golden Jubilee Girl's successfully organized its Signing-Off cum Installation Ceremony.The occasion celebrated the achievements of the outgoing board and officially installed the new Board of Directors for the Leoistic Year 2026–2027. Immediate Past President Leo Rakhi Jalan ceremoniously handed over the Gong and Gavel to the incoming President, Leo Sangini Agarwal, marking a smooth transition of leadership. World Paper Bag Day

We are delighted to share that *Leo Club of Nagaon City* successfully completed a Twinning Project with *Leo Club of Guwahati South* on the occasion of World Paper Bag Day. The day began with blessings at *Maha Mrityunjay Mandir*, followed by a meaningful service activity at *Gram Vikash Parishad Rehabilitation Centre, Rongalu*, where everyone crafted their own paper bags using the materials we provided, *Distributed 70 food packets to 70 beneficiaries*, and engaged everyone in fun and interactive games. Leo Lion Rishab Sethia, President of the Leo Club of Nagaon City, expressed heartfelt gratitude to his team following a successful Installation Ceremony. The Leo Club of Dimapur proudly celebrated Doctors’ Day and CA Day with our parent club by felicitating 5 doctors and 3 Chartered Accountants for their invaluable service. They were also presented with the District President’s Letter of Appreciation and shared inspiring messages on our “Words of Wisdom” board. On July 1, 2026, the Leo Club of Nagaon City and its parent club kicked off the 2026–27 Leoistic Year by felicitating their in-house Doctors and Chartered Accountants. Recognizing their societal contributions, the club presented the honourees with mementos and District President’s Letters of Appreciation enclosed in custom Leo envelopes. The guests were delighted by the thoughtful gesture and delivered inspiring speeches that motivated attending members with valuable life lessons on service and integrity. The successful event concluded with a warm, joyful dinner fellowship. Eight Leos participated, contributing 24 volunteer hours to thoughtfully celebrate their members and strengthen club bonds.
