🤝 Project RAHAT 2.0 | Twinning in Service 💙 As part of our twinning initiative with Leo Club of Jorhat City Stars, Leo Club of Dimapur is proud to support Project RAHAT 2.0, a flood relief drive reaching families in Khanamukh (42 km from Jorhat). During Phase 1, the team is distributing relief materials including Khichdi (1000+ beneficiaries), sanitary pads, biscuits, and usable clothes to those affected by the floods. This collaborative effort reflects the true spirit of twinning—clubs coming together beyond boundaries to serve communities in need. Golden Jubilee Girls along with Leo Club of Jorhat City Stars conducted project on Raahat 2.0 were people affected from flood mainly in sibsagar region were supported. Together, we have shown that when Leos unite with a shared purpose, we can bring hope and relief to those who need it most. Twinning: National Leo ClubsLeo Club of Jorhat HeritageThe Leo Club of Jorhat Heritage actively participated in Ponorutthaan, a district flood relief initiative of Leo District 322D, on 26th July. In collaboration with the district, our members visited the flood-affected areas of Sivasagar and distributed essential grocery items to families severely impacted by the floods. Through this humanitarian initiative, the club extended timely support and relief to approximately 100 families, reflecting the true spirit of service, compassion, and community service. Our Club along with the district initiated the project on Flood releif phase 1 Because of each one of you, we were able to reach and support *100 flood-affected families*. It was a long and tiring day, but the smiles on their faces made every effort worth it. Everyone showed up, gave their time, energy, and heart and together we made *Phase 1 of Punor Utthaan a success.* From planning and coordination to being on the ground and ensuring everything went smoothly, every contribution mattered. The school is a government institution that provides free education but lacked a safe drinking water facility for its students. With this initiative, _we aim to ensure that students have access to clean and safe drinking water_ when they return after the summer break. As we bid farewell to a memorable Leoistic Year 2025–2026 and welcome a new chapter of service, the Leo Club of Golden Jubilee Girl's successfully organized its Signing-Off cum Installation Ceremony.The occasion celebrated the achievements of the outgoing board and officially installed the new Board of Directors for the Leoistic Year 2026–2027. Immediate Past President Leo Rakhi Jalan ceremoniously handed over the Gong and Gavel to the incoming President, Leo Sangini Agarwal, marking a smooth transition of leadership. We are delighted to share that *Leo Club of Nagaon City* successfully completed a Twinning Project with *Leo Club of Guwahati South* on the occasion of World Paper Bag Day. The day began with blessings at *Maha Mrityunjay Mandir*, followed by a meaningful service activity at *Gram Vikash Parishad Rehabilitation Centre, Rongalu*, where everyone crafted their own paper bags using the materials we provided, *Distributed 70 food packets to 70 beneficiaries*, and engaged everyone in fun and interactive games. On July 1, 2026, the Leo Club of Nagaon City and its parent club kicked off the 2026–27 Leoistic Year by felicitating their in-house Doctors and Chartered Accountants. Recognizing their societal contributions, the club presented the honourees with mementos and District President’s Letters of Appreciation enclosed in custom Leo envelopes. The guests were delighted by the thoughtful gesture and delivered inspiring speeches that motivated attending members with valuable life lessons on service and integrity. The successful event concluded with a warm, joyful dinner fellowship. Eight Leos participated, contributing 24 volunteer hours to thoughtfully celebrate their members and strengthen club bonds.
